WOD:
“Tabata Something Else”
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.
The tabata is looked at in two ways, your total number of reps, but also your lowest number of reps for each exercise is your “tabata” for that particular movement. So with that said, get to the Playground, and tabata your ass off!
Updates: the challenge has been changed from weekly to monthly. We feel that this will be the best way for you all to master the skill. Those with the best time, number of reps..etc will be the winner. We will decide on what the reward will be going forward.

Great job today! Sorry I missed your performance. I really needed the sleep. I almost took today off too.. but I ended up doing the tabata – tomorrow squat cleans baby! See you in the AM.
