    OK, where did you put the rope?

    Did muscle-up skill work/progression, rings at 51 inches, need to hold the rings in closer.

    By the playscape.. Tomorrow’s WOD will use the rope.

    3 rounds for time:
    Run 400 m
    2 rope climbs
    50 squats

    -Power cleans (70lbs)
    -Pull-ups (pink band)
    -KB Swings (1 pood)

    I liked this workout becuase it kept going down, so it didnt feel as bad.
