You did a thruster! Good work. I think thrusters are a great sub for wall balls.. The only thing is doing Kelly/Kelly like WOD two days in a row is not constantly varied.. but hey I will give it to ya.

my kinda kelly was nothing really like kelly at all – the only similiar exercise was the run otherwise, it was jump roping and the famous over head thrusters – different enough i think – today i am going to do erin and run 2 miles.
