Outstanding performance with “Kelly” girl today. Great job with the higher box jumps and upping the weight with the ball. Time to go to 20 pounds – since you did all rounds of Wall balls unbroken you crazy ass!! Love it! See you on Friday!

Did this at home before work so only got it 3 1/2 rounds at 20 lbs and jumping pullups. Better than nothing. DNF beats DNS.

Did “Jackie” WOD today. Endurance challenge time: 17.6 min for 1.7 mi.

“Erin,” 18 minutes and change. So, I’m a little confused now. I did 20 1b dumbbells. Is that the Rx’d weight, or is the Rx’d weight 401bs, per dumbbell? If so, Holy Crap! That’s a lot of weight. 20 1bs per hand made my arms hurt by round 2.
Challenge WOD: 30 chest-bar pullups. Graduated to the pink band and actually managed to get a bunch of chest-bar pullups done. Did all 30, but not all came to my chest.
Jodie, you did great pullups and your splits looked really good, too!

I did this with 35 lbs dumbells ( in each hand) and jumping pullups. I had sweat in my EARS!! time was 16:57 I think
