    Five rounds for time of:
    40 pound Dumbbells split clean, 15 reps
    21 Pull-ups

    Today is Day ONE of the 100 Day Improvement Challenge!  We will be making a separate post later today announcing those with the guts and desire to improve.  If you haven’t yet registered for the challenge(s), it’s not too late.  Sign up today.

    Challenge WODs (this is IN ADDITION to Erin above):

    Strength Challenge – 5×5 Deadlift (and you should be WORKING on the last couple of sets)

    Endurance Challenge – 1.7 mile slow run

    Pullup Challenge – 30 Chest to Bar Pullups.
