		<description>well I couldn&#039;t do the cf workout today as I continue to train for my century ride. But I did have a crossfit moment- after hanging near the from of the pack we were about 4 miles from finihshing the 30 mile ride. I decided to &quot;finish strong&quot; &quot;leave it all here&quot; etc. and sprinted. I thought the other three riders were right behind me. I flew into the parking lot and turned around to talk to the guy behind me--there was no one IN SIGHT!! the next person was about 4 minutes behind me. definetly a moment!Laine</description>

Courtney was there to rock the playground today!  great to see you. I hope you rocked those deadlifts 

Don&#039;t know how I made that look easy for you. Certainly the one hand push-press was &quot;expanding&quot; the wrist flexibility (ouch) balancing the bar was key, if it wasn&#039;t balanced it threw the move off for both the press and deadlift. 
1st round: 35/65
2nd round: 35/95
time: I don&#039;t remember, but it was a great WOD</description>
