    Challenge Day 29!

    In ADDITION to the WOD above:

    Strength Challenge = 400 meter tire flip
    Endurance Challenge = max distance row 8 minutes
    Pull-up Challenge= 50 kipping pull-ups for time
    Body Improvement Challenge = log what you eat in the comments section

    Most of you did this back in May or maybe early June. The last time the total came up we were at the Northeast Qualifier. The “total” usually comes up once a month or every six weeks. Lets go get that PR.

    Already the board has a big PR for Annie – she went up by 30 lb on her back squat to hit 185 and up by 10 on her deadlift, to bring her to 215. Nice work Annie!

    home grown wod today:

    warm up: 1 mile run; 2mile bike

    wod: 2 rounds
    800 m run 8-8:20 minute mile
    21 pull ups
    21 50lb chest press with db
    21 each arm 10lb db
    under 20 minutes

    eats: breakfast zone bar and 3 cups of coffee milk and splenda

    Not a PR for the total but the shoulder press was good and I finally understand the dead lift technique. I predict a PR (above 525) next total.
