Strength Challenge = 5 x5 overhead squats
Endurance Challenge = Max effort 6 rounds of 2 minutes on, 1 minute off
Pull-up Challenge = 30 L hold pull-ups
Schedule for Holiday Weekend:
7/3 – No evening classes
7/4 – Open 8am to 10am (Closed at 10am sharp)
7/5 – 9am to 10am
7/6 – CF Day off – no early morning hours

Great Job today Annie! Missed an awesome performance..
I did not get “Randy” today. First set of 10 pinched nerve in my neck – sweet!!!
55 POUNDS – rested a lot to focus on form – did not want to press the weight.
7:03 – sucky I am sure but its done.
Finished with 5 x 500 meter row.

Everyone is prepping for a “Murph” tomorrow I think we should do a teamed “Murph” or a “Trevor”.. just my two cents. Would love to do some WOD with teams.
