    Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
    Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

    This WOD takes a while to get through. But it will definitely give you a metabolic burst when hitting the rounds of 5’s.

    endurance: sprints (bf)
    20 seconds on, 10 seconds off
    pullups:3 sets of 2 dead-hangs, rest inbetween

    I’ll get the 155 press next time…I know I can get it now. Totally exhausted my shoulders on this one…Awesome :)
