Pull-up: 50 kipping pull-ups for time
It was an amazing weekend and Monday watching all of you push through “Badger”. Given up was not an option. Everyone did an outstanding job. Courtney your squat cleans were amazing! We are so proud of you for not throwing the towel in when you wanted to after ripping up the 3 round of cleans. Your last run was rocking! Keep up the good work.

Should have worn t-shirt with sleeves, I have marks on my shoulders from the front squats

sub 95 lbs on the squats.

ran the 5k today
okay, well I ran most of it. WAY more running than i did last time i attempted it so i am happy. 36 minutes total. since this is the first time i timed myself, i now have a goal to beat. i know my time is pathetic, but it is always a work in progress right?

15:04 with 120 lb front squat. First time I completed all of the GHD’s in a WOD. Wrists felt the love as well.
Next time should increase the front squat to…Maybe…130??

GHD Sit-up -13:40 Did 85lbs but then switched to 75lbs after a couple of rounds, was having trouble getting low with the weight.
