		<description>15:04 with 120 lb front squat. First time I completed all of the GHD&#039;s in a WOD.  Wrists felt the love as well.

Next time should increase the front squat to...Maybe...130??</description>

		<description>ran the 5k today :)  okay, well I ran most of it.  WAY more running than i did last time i attempted it so i am happy.  36 minutes total.  since this is the first time i timed myself, i now have a goal to beat.  i know my time is pathetic, but it is always a work in progress right?</description>
