WOD:
Run 10k
In the spirit of keeping things “constantly varied,” try running this outside. We know it’s cold up here in Connecticut, and that running outside at this time of year is hard. But if you get out there and run it in the cold, you’ll score a few points on the Crazy Meter (which can be a good thing), and it will make you a better athlete.
If you’re looking to PR it, see if you can get some large and hungry predator to chase you. Or just imagine that you’re being chased by a large and hungry predator. Either way.
If you have to do it on a treadmill, try to at least do it with some amount of incline to make up for the indoor running.
Post time and stories of pain and suffering to comments.

57:40 for me.
And Joe, just wait until “Run 15k” rears its ugly head again. That was my own personal hell.

As I said on the main board, I owe it all to Jon Bon Jovi.. Thanks Man, I couldn’t have done it without you.

I’m proud to say 72:40!!! Once again, possible PR next time. After doing crossfit for about 2 weeks now, I feel like my nickname should be “Little Will.” I get excited for power lifting, and this run damn near killed me. Officially 39 1/2 today. Let the “Abs by 40″ game begin.
