    Sumo deadlift high-pull (95lb/65lb)
    Pistols alternating legs
    GHD situps
    Burpee box jumps

    The pizza was “Sweet and Spicy Sausage” time: DNF (did not finish) but threw in a few Bud Light Limes for a bonus! Good effort all around.

    i went with pasta instead… oh boy fresh penne yum, washed it down with a healthy salad. No spirits for me last night. Got to give that a rest. Up 10 pounds and feeling good.. Going to buy a juicer tonight, so i can start making some yummy drinks. Jen maybe you can swing by for one after the beach on Friday.
