    strength: (skipped the press, it was in the WOD) sub
    5X5 deadlifts @ 155

    WOD: 18:38 with 40 lbs. (2 20 lb. dumbbells)
    Subbed second set of push press for push jerks due to IT band concerns.

    Did the ladder WOD from the other day. 17:and change. Love this WOD!!! All pistols were A2A.

    AMRAP in 15 minutes:
    3 Clean snatches
    6 box jumps
    40 meter dash

    Completed 18 rounds, 10 meters shy of a 19th round! (Yelled a very bad word at the chalk line on that 19th round, not at you Will!!)
    35 pounds on the cleans, though I’ll probably go heavier next time.
    Step jumped the 20-inch box.
    A good metabolic blast workout.

    had to change it up a little due to the gym constraints

    21 reps jerk press

    3 rounds:
    65lbs 21 reps back squats
    45lbs 21 reps chest press
    20 back ext. with 5lb weight
    25 sit ups

    I messed up on today’s WOD:
    21x 45lb bar strict press…(next time 50lb bar!)
    800m row
    21x 65lb push press
    row 800m
    21x 65lb push jerk
    spaced the timer…35-37 min.
    Glad I did the two workouts! I’ll be out of commish for the next few days :(
    …Can’t wait to get my game back. It will be a refreshing new start, but with a little more smarts!
