Glad I did the two workouts! I&#039;ll be out of commish for the next few days :( 
...Can&#039;t wait to get my game back. It will be a refreshing new start, but with a little more smarts!</description>

Completed 18 rounds, 10 meters shy of a 19th round! (Yelled a very bad word at the chalk line on that 19th round, not at you Will!!)
35 pounds on the cleans, though I&#039;ll probably go heavier next time. 
Step jumped the 20-inch box. 
A good metabolic blast workout.</description>
