You all keep coming back for more, and that is what we love. You all jump into the unknown everyday and come out on top and feeling good about your progress.

To all of you hard working peeps at The Playground – keep it up!! We love the community, and we love all of you.

How do you know we love you? Simple: you always hurt the ones you love.

In response to “Who’s Better than You” post – individuals bring it, but the coaches at CFPG are key elements to the succesful formula. Thanks W&C!

Eileen: 14 rounds with the blue band and PVC dips. Definitely think “regressing” to the blue band is better Cindy. I feel like I’m working the movement much better as opposed to jumping with the pink band.

Tom: 20 rounds, no scaling. Getting the kips down pretty well now, though the ring dips were a killer.

We both ran a loop after the WOD for a little extra leg work. Great night for a quick 1.5 mile run!

I’m sore today, but a “good” sore! Hello Motrin …..

Oops, addendum on Tom’s AMRAP. He’s just told me it was 18 rounds, not 20. My bad.
