    Strength: 5 x 5 back squat

    Endurance: Run 1.7 miles

    Pull-ups: 40 dead hang pull-ups

    17:27 – this was a tough workout, especially on a full stomach.. not smart!

    WOD II from the throw down “Chowda”

    8x Hang Power Thruster
    8x 20 inch box jumps
    8x 1-1/2 pood kettle bell swings
    8x Pull Ups – Assisted Almost jumping…could not do dead hang.

    Did 2 rounds in 4:19 minutes.

    Great job this morning L&P! Way to push yourselves. What a difference a couple of months with Cindy and Will make.

    Practiced Throwdown WOD1 “the Lot” 9:11 @ 65 lbs. Did 1/2 Throwdown WOD2 “Chowdah” did in 7:11 (darn pullups get me every time) Throwdown is Saturday and I got some good tips from Cindy, maybe I can break 9 minutes for WOD1? Wish MikeS and I luck! (I don’t think that break a leg would be appropriate)

    Last run was atrocious; I need to relax my torrid affair with the barbell and get back to running.
