		<description>Great job this morning L&amp;P!  Way to push yourselves.  What a difference a couple of months with Cindy and Will make. 

Practiced Throwdown WOD1 &quot;the Lot&quot;  9:11 @ 65 lbs.  Did 1/2 Throwdown WOD2 &quot;Chowdah&quot; did in 7:11 (darn pullups get me every time) Throwdown is Saturday and I got some good tips from Cindy, maybe I can break 9 minutes for WOD1? Wish MikeS and I luck! (I don&#039;t think that break a leg would be appropriate)
