WOD:
“BEG FOR GRACE”
1. Know your bodyweight
2. Multiply it by 40
3. Select a weight that you can handle for a very high rep count to go from the ground to overhead.
4. Divide your bodyweight times 40 by the weight you have selected. If there is a fraction, round up.
5. Select a movement you will use to take the weight from ground to overhead (most common is the Power Clean into the Push Press). You must use the same movement for the entire workout (but you can change your load if necessary).
Example: Will weighs 235. 235 x 40 = 9400 lbs. Will selects 115 as his weight. 9400 / 115 = 81.74 reps, which we round up to 82 reps.
Don’t worry, we’ll explain it to you if you’re still confused.
Challenges – it’s a rest day.

Yuck – this was a suck!!! This workout felt horrible today.. Maybe it was because I woke up, rolled into the gym, loaded the bar, and hit it.. 65 LB felt like 105. So my time sucked ass
did 84 reps – 15: 11

Must be in the stars….my WOD was total suck-o-ramma- to say the least. A little makeup:
AMARP in 20min using 60lb bar
5 thrusters
7 HPC
10 SDHP
total 5 complete rds. Down 2 from when I did this workout with Brooke late June at the PG…
then I had to do this little 15 minute PG ditty in 15 min AMRAP
5 locked overhead 55lb bar (I wasn’t sure of movement so I did PP. Maybe I should have done overhead squat that would have been better…
10 pushup (towards end on knees)
15 b.extensions
7 rounds
…Coach, great shot of Caleb. Did you see his 5 foot box jump? I think it’s on youtube..Crazy stuff!
