Deadlifts 3×5: 145, 165, last 3 rounds on 175lbs (worked the form.)
Tabata row: 8rds/125m 1 min. rest inbetween staying within 28-30 sec. of each round
Monday: CFWU2x mixing in a little Burgener WU
“The Lot” 2rds/65lb subbed: 500m row for 420 run, High hang clean for squat clean. 14:47
Great little ditty, but really bummed out with my form today. just didn’t feel solid throughout.
Swim: 34 laps/32:06 ouch!(10 laps short of a mile…ran out of time)
Thank you Will and Cindy for all your extra help on Sunday with the deadlifts. I really appreciate your time, and coaching….and the Diet Coke…it was heaven!
