Run 400 meters
50 squats
A new challenge is in the works. This time we will focus on diet only, and the duration will be less than 6 weeks.
The challenge will begin on October 19th and end on November 23rd – just in time for Thanksgiving. This Challenge will be all about balancing your life through diet and exercise.
All are welcome to join. We will pick one person to “showcase” on the website to track progress. All participants are required to keep a food journal, and must be at the gym three times a week.
We will provide suggestions regarding diet, food choices and recipes.

I think I’d like to be a part of this too…smarter food choices now=less to take off after baby! I don’t think I would be a prime canidate for showcasing…but I will keep a food journal, and I will commit to swimmming 3-5 days a week coupled with CF. After this little hiatus with my back, my weightlifting has to be scaled back…belly, back, and knee…a bit of a train wreck I am. Can’t wait to feel “whole” again! I’m in

I’m definetly in for the diet challenge. Already making better choices after our talk. As for Gene you will See him/us on Sat. Make it a good one Will. We are also definetly in for an early dinner on Sun. Sounds like fun. BTW piƱata tomorrow afternoon my house.

Run 400, 50 squats X4, with distractions due to Cind and Will making up the “Swayze” WOD. It’s hard to do your workout when your watching Will do girly-looking dance moves. 14:09.
