Well i really did try to make it there tonight but there was some huge traffic jam on Route 2 which got in my way. But, Cindy, I will be there tomorrow morning at 9!

I did the workout you reccomended Cindy, with the running and pullups and kb swings. Surprisingly I felt much better afterwards!! see you soon! Laine

I did this on tuesday at home. 15:24, sets of 100 straight with jumping pullups the rest as prescribed.
