Body weight Bench press, 30 reps

Body weight Bench press, 10 reps
Obviously, we will scale the bench press if necessary. Of course, if it’s necessary to scale the bench press, you need to add bench press to your “Goat List.” And if you don’t need to scale the bench press, we’ll give you a gold star. That’s right, we’re all about the tough love.
And below, you will see the much-anticipated video for our Patrick Swayze Memorial WOD. Rumor has it that we’re a shoe in for Video of the Year, as well as Best Cinematography, Best Director, and Best Supporting Actress (Eileen). Great work on Swayze by all, and you’d be a fool to believe that we won’t be commemorating Patrick again before long.

I just watched the video- awesome you guys – Eileen had me cracking up jumping over the hurdle bar!!! I did the rowing and bench press workout today 10/9 time was 22 something ( with “tweaked” hip
)
