Pull-up bar(s) at full capacity and a few people on deck. Time to build the new set of bars.

    Five rounds of:

    • 155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
    • 155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
    • 155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps

Another crazy hero WOD.  Yup, that’s right the last of the three. We promise to go somewhat easy this weekend for the Happy Halloween WOD – costumes are optional, pieces of costumes are acceptable too. Have fun with it!

    Hey Cindy,
Would love to do some long distance running in preparation of turkey day “Manchester Road race”. I can’t do Tues or Thurs., I work those days but maybe we can squeeze something in weekly. Would also love to do yogalaties. What do you think about that? BTW, Frisbee will be starting in Dec. The captain contacted Gene, just so you know he is dead serious on you guys playing, he already told him about you guys. Don’t leave me alone!!!
Still feeling sick after “Hansen”. Next time I will be ready for it. YAY BURPEES.

    Suzanne,

we are in for the road race too. we should plan to meet up. I think Will and Joyce are going too.

  • Will MoorcroftNo Gravatar Says:

I’m on for the road race – Joyce may be spectating, at best. DT 14:51. 110 lbs – reasonable result, but reasonable is not what I’m after…need to push it more…. Let us know about the road race, I will be there, did it last year and it was fun, let’s get a CFPG group together for it. Great work tonight Cathy, Tor, Jodi, Will and Cindy!

Ouch i think “Hansen” did us all in for this one. Not a PR – lower weight by 10 lbs. started out this WOD extremely tight; my back and hamstrings were screaming. 105 was not happening and i am okay with that. Went with 95b and it was a grind. got it done though!’

    13:5ish
