total blocks for the day... 17 and the drinks were worth it :)</description>

Lunch- 4 blocks: Omelet with 1oz cheese and 1oz ham, 1 piece toast, 2/3 cup oatmeal 2/3tsp butter and 1 tsp butter.

Snack- 2 blocks: 8oz yogurt, 1 bacon, 2 macadamias.

Dinner- 4 blocks: 1 lavash bread, 1 cup milk, 1 rice cake 2oz ham, 1oz cheese, 1 1/2 tsp peanut butter, 1 tsp mayo.</description>
