The Bear Complex. Costumes optional, but encouraged.
We will explain it in person, but it’s five rounds seven reps of squat clean into overhead press (thruster is ok), into back squat into overhead press and back to the ground. No resting on the ground.
Hit it hard, go for a PR.

well I couldn’t get down there so I chased my goat: ran a 5k (but forgot to time it) however I only stopped once, which is really good for me!

Food Log:
Breakfast: 2 oz ham and an apple with PB… 2 blocks
Lunch: 3 eggs/ 1 oz ham/ 4 olives/ 16 cherries… 4 blocks
Snack: 2 oz ham with an orange … 2 blocks
Dinner: 4 oz chix/ 6 almonds/ apple… 4 blocks
snack: 3 chix drums/ 4 olives/ strawberries… 3 blocks
