The Two Minute Drill. 259 I think? Quite the killer work out. Joyce, thanks for all your help! Literally could not have done those pull ups without you! And Suzanne, great to have company on my post WOD walk. Good job Elaine and Chuck and Melissa! And thanks Cindy. Should see you tomorrow night!

Ran 1.7 miles with Will and then hit the deadlift WOD. My hips are tight went light to work form – 135, 155, 165, 185, 185. Felt better, but still need to work the dead..

It was great to get a WOD in this morning. The running is getting easier!?! Thanks Cindy! It was nice meeting Jodi, Laine and Chuck. Coach Joyce and baby look fantastic and CF strong! Suzanne, I felt the change in the sit-up position for the rest of the day…good-bye pooch. See you Wed.

Food log: started my first of three days that were not good “Zone” days:
Breakfast: 2 Eggs/ 1 sausage/ cheese/ banana… 4 blocks
Lunch: Boneless spare ribs/ 1/2 cup fried rice/ egg roll… 4 blocks
Snack: bag of Fritos…on the road very little choice… hungry
Dinner: Chix pot pie/ Buffalo chix Wings/ 3 beers …. who knows
Total blocks: 8 definate…+ 1 cheat meal
