Breakfast: 2 Eggs/ 1 sausage/ cheese/ banana... 4 blocks

Lunch: Boneless spare ribs/ 1/2 cup fried rice/ egg roll... 4 blocks

Snack: bag of Fritos...on the road very little choice... hungry

Dinner: Chix pot pie/ Buffalo chix Wings/ 3 beers .... who knows

Total blocks: 8 definate...+ 1 cheat meal</description>

It was great to get a WOD in this morning. The running is getting easier!?! Thanks Cindy! It was nice meeting Jodi, Laine and Chuck. Coach Joyce and baby look fantastic and CF strong! Suzanne, I felt the change in the sit-up position for the rest of the day...good-bye pooch. See you Wed.</description>
