WOD:
“Chelsea”
Complete the following each minute on the minute for 30 minutes. If you cannot complete the round in a minute the WOD terminates.
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats
Kick ass day at the Playground. Everyone did an excellent job on “The Two Minute Drill.” Rest up and bring the same intensity tomorrow night.

I got 13 rounds of chelsea, then I just kept doing it untill I got to 20 min. Those 13 rounds were a killer, my arms and legs are sore! I can’t believe my dad got 30 rounds!

Love the Ben moore app too.. i am addicted to these new decorating projects.. Oh found out i can get more material for the red drapes. nice save! but was thinking silk would be the way to go in there.

I love silk window treatments, the texture looks nice and would look good in that room, but the red ones are nice too if u can get extra fabric that’s a plus too. Check fortunoff. Com for window treatments or even rugs. See u tomorrow, I have to go to get bloodwork but I will try to be there as soon as I can.

Food log: 2nd day not so Zone:
Breakfast: 3 egg omlet with cheese/ 1 orange … 4 blocks
Lunch: 2 eggs/ 4 oz turkey/ 1/2 cup corn/ 2 beets… 6 blocks
snack: popcorn and diet soda at movies
Dinner: 6 oz steak with green beans and 1 small pc. bread/ 1 24 oz beer… 6 blocks
total blocks for the day… 16 plus popcorn

I tried to do chelsea but couldn’t really keep up with the pullups, getting in the band so just did amrap in 20 mins, I think I did around 16 sets…it’s all good.
