30 squat cleans
30 pull=ups
Run 800 m
Starting out a new quest in fitness and picking CrossFit for your avenue is hardcore, but completely doable if you maintain a healthy attitude and are willing to try hard. CrossFit is hard and it is definitely not for everyone. We have seen many “walks of life” enter our gym with no background and fitness and thrive because they are willing to give it their all. Giving it everything you got is all that we ask of you at the Playground. Stick with the program and the results will come, all you have to do is trust yourself and us.

Not doing the pushup challenge – I’ve got a couple of other goats I’m working on. We are thinking of doing a 50 or 100 day pushup challenge at some point in the future.
