		<description>12 rounds of love. A little slow to move this morning. Lots of breaks and some unnecessary talking during the WOD.. Thanks Annie for motivating me to get the WOD done.  Had 24 secs but did not feel the need to get on the barbell again. Turkey time! Excited to spend time with family. AND even more excited that my kids are on the mend. 3 day nasty flu - short lived but nasty.</description>
