Rant: STRONG
Alright, kids, three words: Playground Barbell Club. Get in, get strong.
We’re working out the specifics, but here’s the gist of it: 3 days a week, one hour per session, the club meets and we work ONE lift for the entire hour. We work on form, and we work on HEAVY.
The goal here is to progress in strength. The lifts we’re going to focus on include, but are not limited to: Back Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Strict Press, Snatch, Squat Clean, Power Clean, and Jerk

Playground Barbell Club sounds great, don’t know if I can meet when you want to? I was going to start the strength bias in December anyways.
