Please check the schedule page to see our updated hours. It is extremely important that you arrive in a timely fashion for your workout. We will be opening and closing at the posted times. We understand that sometimes there can be small delays due to traffic, life, etc., but arriving 20 minutes before the gym is scheduled to close is not acceptable.
This is a quality of life issue for us: we need to have appropriate amounts of time to spend with our family. We love the gym and our commuinty, but we cannot facilitate widely diverse schedules at the cost of our time with the kids. As we can flesh out schedules and availability with our athletes who are certified CrossFit Coaches, we may update the schedule to reflect classes they can teach.
Please note that personal training is available as an option for those who cannot make the scheduled classes.

…let’s use this at a teaching tool. Proper Depth? Active shoulders? Weight in heels? Where am I looking? Is the bar pulled back enough?
I love it! For me, there is so much room for improvement…and with every movement so much to think about. Understanding the cues, mechanics, and techniques will come in time…I am not in any rush. Baby Momma is in it for the long haul. Besides, the Atlas Balls are coming….and the Bald Mauralder and Z.Girl have just begun to spice things up a bit!

You are always parallel or below, weight appears to be in the heels, barbell in good position overhead. Probably could widen your grip on the barbell – thus needing to be slightly more active. Your head position isn’t bad – eyes are a little up, but not too bad..

Did “Fight Gone Bad” today, with Elaine, who twisted my arm. J.K. But she did kick my a–. Don’t know what I scored but wasn’t my best. Still sick, and soooo sore from “Danny”. I couldn’t even put my coat on today. “ouchie, I need a bandaid”. Cindy, as always thanks for the words of encouragement, you rock.
P.S. Joyce, Dear, are u serious!! Anyone who can do an overhead squat 8 months pregnant, with how much weight? Deserves a WOD named after them. “the nine months of pain in pregnancy”
