10 Hang Power Cleans (135, 95)
15 Burpees
20 KB Swings (2 pood/1.5 pood)
25 Wall Balls
30 Double Unders
35 Walking Lunge Steps
40 Abmat Situps
45 Squats
Complete 5-45 and then back down the ladder starting with 45 Squats.
12/31 – 9AM only
1/1 – No Class
1/2 – 8:30 to 9:30AM
1/3 – 9AM to 10:30AM
