    cindy are thruster when you just bring it to your shoulders? or do you lift them up above your head? I will be going to the gym tm night and they have three rowers and all these free weights and stuff sooo i can probabaly stick to the routine

    note: broke thrusters into 3-2-2
    Legs doing a lot of work in this WOD… gasser

    This workout was brutal for me..Still feeling the wrath of the dead/pull-up WOD..

    21:17 – with 95lbs (this may be my last women’s as r’xd WOD, scaling may have to take place)

    Row/thruster wod: 22 or 23 something. Not sure. I was just glad it was over. I Need a massage, The one at nail salon was a tease. Gotta get the soreness out.
