WOD:
Pain and Death By Tabata
Perform:
Tabata Deadlift, Burpee, Squats, Med ball pushups
Professional – 275 lbs
Collegiate/Amateur – 185 lbs
*Start the clock and perform as many reps as possible for 20 seconds of deadlifts. Rest 10 seconds. Then perform as many burpees as possible in 20 seconds. Rest 10 seconds. Then perform as many air squats as possible. Rest 10 seconds. Then perform as many med ball squats as possible. Rest 10 seconds. Repeat this 28 more times for a total of 32 sets. Your score is counted by the total number of reps in 32 sets; 8 alternating sets of deadlifts, burpees, squats, and medball pushups.
Note – everyone will be squatting to a medball. If your ass doesn’t hit the medball, your rep does not count.

maybe I mixed up Will Malz with Will Moorcroft on the sheet? the initials are not enough to go by with you two. One was labeled “W” and the other “WM”

Sorry, I think that is right on the Will’s as my scoreboard keeping was sloppy. The first reading on the page was Will Moorcroft and remember his score of 58 dead lifts.
Great time, I enjoyed watching the second waive in pain. Always nice to watch!

Did Tabata at home & subbed pull-ups for deads, it was quite a gasser but I enjoyed it! My pull-up bar is hooked on a doorway so there was some jumping involved in the last 2 sets but I did not use the chair like I had to in the past.
