HSPU=50, Squats= 156, Pull-ups= 27, Push-ups= 25= 258 total. Gotta work on doing real handstand push-ups. Nice working out with you Suzanne and Laine, and of course thanks for the encouragment Cindy, and awesome job getting 100 HSPU!

Thanks Bailey but I only got 98 – those last two didn’t count because my head didn’t hit the mat.. i was trying so hard to get 100 – next time.
HSPU (to abmat with 10lb plate underneath) = 98
Squats = 186 (brutal my legs were burning)
Pullups = 33
Push-ups (body to floor) = 33
Total – 350

hspu- I counted 105 but I only realized I could actually “do”them after about 60, some were not “real” but some were- to 2 abmats HUGE PROGRESS for me!:)

Did this one at home as well, brutal!
Worked on my handstand push-ups & am finally able to go up without the fear. I did the 10mins elevated, not true HSPU
HSPU: 101 (elevated)
Squats: 139
Pull-Ups: 24 (doorway pull-up bar & some jumping involved)
Push-Ups: 26
Totals – 290
I also biked & ran earlier in the day so my legs are feeling the love!!!
