		<description>Did this one at home as well, brutal!
Worked on my handstand push-ups &amp; am finally able to go up without the fear.  I did the 10mins elevated, not true HSPU :-(

HSPU: 101 (elevated)
Squats: 139
Pull-Ups: 24 (doorway pull-up bar &amp; some jumping involved)
Push-Ups: 26
Totals - 290

I also biked &amp; ran earlier in the day so my legs are feeling the love!!!</description>
