95 pound Snatch balance, 7 reps
95 pound Overhead squat, 7 reps

got snatch? 30:+ 65 lbs
note: need to get lower on the snatch balance, only 33% were at depth.

This workout was torture. 16:+ minutes with 65lb. Did it at CrossFit Persevere. My form was sub-par… I believe i only did 6 rounds. otherwise my time would have been around 18 and some change. who knows i was more focussed on complaining then moving the barbell.
