    When the floor was shining and new!

    Seven rounds for time of:
    95 pound Power snatch, 7 reps
    95 pound Snatch balance, 7 reps
    95 pound Overhead squat, 7 reps

    Click on Snatch Balance to view video demo. In this WOD we will not focus on weight, we will focus on form, many of you will not do this as prescribed, and that is okay. Bring your game face because snatching is hard work!!

    **No classes on 2/2, make-up class to be held on 2/3**
