		<description>This workout was torture. 16:+ minutes with 65lb. Did it at CrossFit Persevere. My form was sub-par... I believe i only did 6 rounds. otherwise my time would have been around 18 and some change.  who knows i was more focussed on complaining then moving the barbell.</description>
