Rest Day or make-up WOD day!
Some days we just don’t feel like working out or doing much of anything. These are the days that you have to search within and turn that negative energy into fuel for the fire.
As your trainers we can motivate you, and encourage you through your workout, but we can’t do the work for you or give you the intensity needed to hit the WOD hard.
Bringing it everyday is your job. Now come and bring it!

Great Workout.Kelly……..what can I say but to agree with Mike it was a gasser.Thanks Dolly.Bailey,Billie Eileen,and always Coaches Cindy and Will Moorecroft.See you Sat. Cindy take it easy . Completed Kelly 5 rounds in about 42:00 minutes {I think}.
