    155 pound Thruster, 5 reps
    5 Muscle-ups*
    Run 400m

    *The sub for muscle-ups is 3 dips/3 pull-ups per muscle up so x 5 = 15 of each exercise for 5 rounds. You may try jumping muscle ups too. Make sure the rings are at a challenging height.
