    This WOD is in honor our first Playground member on her birthday! Happy Birthday Eileen!!!

    3 rounds for time:

    Run 400m backwards
    20 (each leg = 1) Mountain Climbers
    20 med-ball clean and jerk
    Run 400m
    20 Kettlebell swings (1 pood)
    20 burpees

    We did this WOD back on May 14th. We remember this being pretty hardcore, so bring your game face.
