65lb – probably should have gone to 85 to make it more challenging, but i was trying to be “baby” friendly. My grip was the only thing suffering during this WOD.
Cin~smart to play it “baby” friendly. Every day you could feel different depending on the WOD. Feelin’ really strong, bang out the weight. Not feeling the love~back off.
You are a natural competitor~ I respect and admire that! And I respect and admire you listening to your body. You are a leader who leads by example!
I will say its been hard to “back off”, but I have to keep it all in perspective. What is really important and right now that is safety and not getting injured over 20-30 pounds.

I’m used to my 85lb Boxer waking me up by jumping on top of me and sitting on my head, I’m lucky he hasn’t suffocated me yet-so it can’t be that bad!!
