CFTotal: backsquat 95lbs, shoulder press 60lbs, deadlift 160lbs. My numbers are low, but that’s okay! Was swept away in awe at the numbers my WOD buddies were putting up…Great job Laine, Bailey and Chuck! Chuck…what age thing?
