Everyone did spectacular today with this WOD. Nice to see your smiling faces, even when going through pull-up hell.
Kudos to Dollie and Bailey for sticking with the red band through all 150 pull-ups.

Good morning Will and Cindy What can I do in place of pull ups I don’t have any equipment except 5lb hand weight and a 15lb kettle belland a good jump rope.Please let me know then I can do this workout at home and post time later.

Just skip the pull-ups and do extra sit-ups.

WOD:42:33 Thanks Cindy I did the sit-ups I doubled every set. 50,100,150 by the end I was tired out,but this will only help my core.Squats and push ups were okay. See you Tuesday.

This one was brutal, particularly the increasing work load as you progressed in the workout.
25:38 and totally destroyed. Glad tomorrow is a rest day.
