    WOD:

    “March Painstorm”

    20 Rounds

    Run 200m

    5 pull-ups

    10 push-ups

    5 Thrusters

    Thruster weight:
    Round 1-5
    95/65
    Round 6-10
    105/75
    Round 11-15
    115/85
    Round 16-20
    135/95

    It’s called a painstorm for a reason. The reason is because it’s a storm of pain. One could even go so far as to say that painstorm is a portmentau of the words pain and storm, and one would not be incorrect. You’ve got the morning to get loose people – show up ready to breather fire. For newbies, we will have you team up and do 10 rounds of the “Painstorm”

    Flowery prose aside, a big shout out and thank you to The Legendary Jon Gilson from Again Faster and CrossFit HQ Staff who was kind enough to swing by on his way to the Level 1 Certification at CrossFit Watertown and help our athletes progress. You are always welcome at The Playground, Jon!

    WOD :March Painstorm-20 rounds of 200m,5 pull-ups ,10 push-ups,and 5 thrusters{stayed at 40 pounds} I finished this killer kick my — workout in56:26 not bad,but I got to tell you when I got home CRASH CITY for over an hour.Talk about wipe-out.Thanks to the playground crew and all of your , positive attitudes !Cindy and Will you are the best!
