Nice work this weekend folks, you all rocked “Painstorm” out, way to bring it!
We loved that everyone could be outside comfortable rocking out WODs.
Those who plan on hitting the “Tackle the Tower” make sure you register online.

5. click on “Team PlaySevere~2 CrossFit Affiliates” and proceed through remaining steps. **It will ask you at some point if you are racing/running/walking…CLICK ON RACING! WE ARE GOING UP THOSE 34 FLIGHTS BALLS TO THE WALL~MAX EFORT!
Registration Fee: $35 AND raising $100 (yes, each participant raises $100 in addition to the $35 registration Fee).

I was so happy to be back today. Love coming to the playground. Felt so good to workout and see Chuck, Bailey, Laine, Cindy, Joyce and best of all Nate. That’s one cute baby!
