    5 Handstand Pushups

    10 Pistols (one-legged squats)

    15 Pullups

    The past few days have been fantastic WOD’in out in the sun. Lets hope we get more days like yesterday. Great to have you back in action Suzanne. Bailey you rocked “Helen” today, and after that crazy “Painstorm” WOD yesterday, we are proud of you girl. Keep it up. Kudos to Pam for graduating to blue band pull-ups, and the larger bell today. Nice work Pam!

    Run 800 meters
    Rest 2 minutes

    Splits – 3:18 / 3:25 / 3:27 / 3:37 / 3:22

    I need to find a hotel that has bumper plates in its fitness center.

    I apologize for changing the WOD 4 times today on the site…but since we only have an evening crew I thought it to be harmless..SORRY!

    So the main site WOD (in my opinion doesn’t seem obtainable for most athletes) – so i picked the WOD that covered the movements.

    main site WOD is:
    Five rounds for time of:
    15 foot L-rope climb, 1 ascent
    5 Parallette handstand push-ups
    45 pound barbell One-legged overhead squat, 10 reps

    For the rope climb, begin seated on the ground. For the handstand push-ups, the ears should dip below hand level. For the one-legged squats, alternate legs.

    Personally I think if you can’t get an “ass to ankles” pistol without support, you should not be doing it with weight.
