Full-extension C2D push-ups are tough. Push-ups require lots strength, particularly in the chest, and core.

Thanks for the great workout.  Having a new morning group and some great coaching is already really helping me a lot.  I was particularly happy in round 6 when I realized we were doing 10 rounds.  For some reason my mind slipped at round 2 and convinced me we were dong 15 rounds.  I think I need a better diet.  Can&#039;t think and want to get sick seem to be common for me.  PS one strip of silver duck tape on my shins made a huge difference.</description>
