This one looks interesting, what is the womens rd’x dumbbell weight?

  • cindyNo Gravatar Says:

    Bailey 30 or 35 lbs.

WOD: Three rounds for time of:

    30 Double-unders
    25 L-pull-ups
20 reps pound dumbbells Squat clean

21:32 (30/25) I did knees-to-elbows instead of the L-Holds, got to work on that! Thanks for letting me work out with you Cindy and Joyce!

Great Job Bailey!! Nice work with the 30lb db…

    19:55 – 4 reps with 30lb, then scaled to 25lb.

Dead hang L-holds with full-extension. Last time i did a WOD with kipping L-holds Will said that they do not count. So I argued of course, but then tried full-extension dead hang L’s, and lets just say – WOW what a difference. Really hard, definitely make the work-out much more intense and takes longer, but I do agree its more legit.
